My perspective and approach
I see my role as catalytic, helping people and organizations to build on their strengths, experiences, and successes to resolve a wide range of challenges and issues.
My overall perspective is grounded in equity and inclusion principles. I have a personal interest and life experience in the areas of understanding unique impacts surrounding multiracial identity in today's society.
Whether I'm working with individuals or groups, I also like to integrate a variety of trauma- and attachment-informed, strengths-based, solution-focused, narrative, and family systems-inclusive methods in my work.

My personal style is collaborative and relaxed. I strive to cultivate and maintain transparency about our process.
